The delegation trip was carried out in connection with Innovate beyond borders (HealthIL), which is Israel´s largest innovation event in healthcare. The delegation trip has created contacts with Israeli start-up organizations, incubators, innovation departments mainly within healthcare (for example hospitals) and at the authority level. The delegation trip will probably result in the majority of future collaborations for increased knowledge dissemination.

The delegation trip was arranged by Vinnova. It was a full programme, where the delegation visited many organizations within Israeli innovation with a focus on healthcare. We visited both privately and publicly run hospitals, incubators, accelerators, and gained insights into several different funding functions. In addition, the delegation also participated in Innovate beyond borders (HealthIL), which is Israel´s largest innovation event in healthcare.
