Digitalisation of the food industry

The goal is to, with more available data and with innovative control, be able to optimize the system efficiency of the cooling facilities and prioritize cooling production to when there is better electricity capacity.

We assess that by using the now installed operational monitoring, we can identify the optimal work cycle of each machine, while less advantageous work cycles are blocked by the control system.
