Smart city roadshow India

Purpose and goal:

The goal of establishing contacts between the parties & finding new ways for research, concrete business proposals & exchanges was achieved. There are new meetings, proposals, study visits, etc. which are starting to materialize. For us, ex talks are held with Mahindra&Mahindra & TATA Group Ex.Mgmt.

The breadth of the Swedish representation led to fertile ground for exchange within the group and together in exchange with new relationships and contactsa. IVL, Vinnova, Business Sweden, the Consulate in Mumbai and the Embassy in Delhi contributed to fulfilling the project´s ambitions. Expected results and effects:

The outcome of the roadshow was very extensive and reached further than was possible to understand before its implementation. We followed the proposed scheme (which was outlined in the start report of this project) with a number of significant additions. As an example, Nilsson Energy initiated an extensive study visit with Ador Group in Pune. This with a focus on road safety, electromobility and the use of renewable energy and its storage.

Approach and implementation:

The road show was very well composed both with study visits, round table discussions, B2B meetings and panel discussions at a high strategic and organizational level. It was a very intense experience with few dead moments. Good climate and openness contributed to a much better results than we could have predicted.
