Delegation trip to India 2022 December 5-9

Purpose and goal:

To identify the potential of our product, and analyze the market need in healthcare for Helen. We identified that there is a big need for Helen. The need of Helen was identified and we also understood the customizations that are needed in Helen to provide it as a commucation support in Indian healthcare to caregivers. One wish was to find partners and now we have identified the partners, three of them, and are having fruitful exploratory discussions with them.

In implementation phase we need to get into some agreement and finalized collaboration format with the channel partners and together with our channel partners, we would be reaching out to healthcare facilities in India on a priority order.The prioritization we think of is done with a focus on multi-specialty hospitals, which take a lot of foreign patients from outside India. The 2nd priority would be given to initiatives/projects that are underway to upskill people from rural parts of India and employ them in healthcare labor market and to collaborate with such national initiatives.
