Molecular point of care diagnostics for quick, accurate and multiplex detection of biomarkers

Purpose and goal:

The goal is to bring product to TRL 5, validate business model, conduct performance evaluation and create plan and application for clinical study. Expected results and effects:

The project aims to accelerate VIDEM´s development of its point of care diagnostic platform for fast, accurate and multiplex detection of biomarkers. The project is expected to lead to VIDEM being well positioned to be included in clinical studies which are an important milestone towards commercialization.

Approach and implementation: Product development - Multiplex assay development and optimization, sample preparation, device and cartridge concept. Market analysis and business modeling - Customer needs and requirements and validated sustainable business model. Clinical use and validation - User experience, performance evaluation and user tests.
