Purpose and goal:
The purpose of the feasibility study is to define the conditions for a project, clarify its scope, current state, how the work needs to be organised and mapping of stakeholders. It is also important that the possibilities and benefits of the project are made visible, proposals for solutions are produced, eligibility requirements are made clear and an implementation plan is produced that describes:

The feasibility study is expected to map the conditions and define the content for a project that gives the university the opportunity to, as a transport buyer, change the transport service within the Public Procurement Act . The project is expected to contribute to reduced transportation and effects in the form of:
Reduced environmental impact and carbon dioxide emissions Increased traffic safety Better public health - reduced emissions of nitrogen dioxide and other dangerous particles Better working environment Long term lower costs More local suppliers Approach and implementation:
A feasibility study will be conducted from January 1 to April 30, 2023. A summary report will be submitted to the specified coordinator at the University of Gothenburg. For the implementation of the feasibility study, an external consultant with expertise within the field will be procured with the task of investigating the conditions for and formulating an implementation plan for the upcoming project.
