Increasing Partner value

Purpose and goal: This project has filled its purpose by - Improving Partners’ ability to maximize the value AI Sweden by an online onboarding training for all 120+ Partners.

- Increasing the ability for sharing knowledge and resources even further and deeper within target groups by establishing strategic internal tools, clarifying use of platforms and setting the basis and topics for a thought leadership effort.

- Continuing to develop and scale AI Sweden´s talent programs, which have expanded to engage over 130 active talents in eight locations across Sweden, and are set to expand even further. Expected results and effects:

The project has had a number of direct effects, such as 130 talents now active in programs at eight different locations, AI Sweden’s contact base increasing by ca 10% after one month with new engagement tools, and a new training available to all 120+ partners. Moreover, it provides a basis for maximizing future efforts. As a result, we expect to see partner engagement increase as key stakeholders are reached with even more relevant knowledge, tools and resources through new internal tools, onboarding material and talents boosting the ecosystem with knowledge.

Approach and implementation:

The project comprised of four modules - development of a training for how partners can maximize their partnership with AI Sweden, develop our ability to share knowledge and resources and increase the reach within target groups, initiate thought leadership across selected topics to disseminate knowledge, and further scale talent programs across Sweden. Each module is benefitting from and strengthening each other and set up to ensure that they continue to maximize value for partners after its completion.
