Purpose and goal:

The aim was to take part in the Investment Readiness Process program (IRP) which is an honorary award to the companies that did not join Vinnovas Booster for EIC Plug-In 2022. The aim was to prepare the company for a capital raising process with a well-thought-out and agreed investment offer. Expected results and effects:

We have undergone the Investment Readiness Process (IRP) program where we received guidance and help to prepare one of the fundamental elements required in the fundraising process with a well-considered and agreed investment offer. This project will put InnoBrain in a strong situation in terms of fundraising preparation and will

facilitate some of the usual challenges that founders are facing in preparing themselves for successful fundraising. Approach and implementation: During the IRP we accomplished the following steps: - Tool control of the financing design for our company´s equity rounds - Set pre-money valuations according to the company´s development stages.

- Identify the value-driving factors - Preparing the strategic activity plan and milestones - Preparing the financial forecast and total capital requirement - Investigate potential Exit strategies for the investor - Went through the valuation models and desired investor profile - Designed the investment offer and pitch deck
