Exciscope has sent in a proposal for funding within the EIC Accelerator program and brought in a printer consultant for this. In addition, an external consultant for IRP has supported the work of developing a "pitch deck" for future investors. These were the aims and objective of the project and the fulfillment was thus 100%.

The result of the project was a complete proposal for EIC Accelerator, which was drawn up together with a printing consultant. It included a "pitch deck" prepared together with an IRP consultant.

The expected effect is that proposal will be evaluated by the EIC and that Exciscope will qualify for a follow-up interview where funding will be awarded in accordance with proposal. Approach and implementation:

According to plan, the IRP work has been carried out in a number of workshops together with the consultant. In the periods between these workshops, our team has worked through different parts of our "pitch deck".

According to the plan, the work together with the printer consultant has also been carried out in different meetings and work shifts. A proposal to EIC Accelerator is extensive and involves large parts of the company. It has been a great lesson both in terms of writing technique and strategy for the company.

Overall, the plan has been followed and the goals are achieved.
