Demand Accelerator Sustainability

Purpose and goal:

The purpose of the projekt is to develop the process towards new applications, like circular innovation procurement, and test the result in procurement. The purpuse is also to validate the currenct process, in a procurement with different conditions and requirements compared with the procurement that was implemented during the projekt DigitalWell Demand Accelerator, in order to both develop the process, and to quality assure the related changes in the process.

Expected results and effects:

In conclusion, the effect is expected to be a clearer understanding of the potential of the demand accelerator methodology, to drive sustainable transformation from a climate pespective, and obstacles and possibilies that emerge thereby. Approach and implementation:

The project consists of 5 work packages. WP1 - Inventory of tools, methods and processes, including gap analysis, WP2 - Preparation and implementation of procurement(s) - system demonstration, WP3 - Business development of the companies, both from a climate perspective and a scaling perspective, AP4, Development of a model for scaling of the methodology, AP5 - Evaluation, learning and dissemination, AP6 - Administration, controlling and communication.
