Purpose and goal:

The purpose of the preparation project was to support learning about system innovation and mission-oriented working methods, to develop the ability to design missions and system demonstrators in practice, and to anchor working methods and content with key stakeholders. This purpose has been achieved.

The goal of the preparatory project was to submit an application for an Impact Innovation program based on the mission of a circular and biobased society. This goal has been met. The preparatory project had more than a year of preparation before the start of the project, which was important for learning on mission-oriented working methods and starting new cross-industry collaborations. During the preparation project, a lot of time was spent on mobilization for anchoring and engagement, which led to a very broad support regarding program description and application for Impact Innovation program.
