The project aims to better understand how co-creative transformation can create the conditions for and gain significance for transformation readiness: the readiness and speed for scaling and spreading innovation that supports the sustainable transformation from a socio-technical perspective. The goal of the project is to create a report that presents a knowledge base for co-creative work for transformation readiness. A related objective is to contribute to capacity building and learning among the project´s parties through transdisciplinary collaboration. The work will be carried out in five work packages. WP1 manages projects and compiles reports, WP2 drives transdisciplinary collaboration. Others provide a knowledge overview (WP3); show and discuss examples (WP4); and compiles recommendations (WP5).
