The SLEprofiler achieved its objective of identifying collaboration partners, securing access to data and samples, and generating a preliminary data model. During the project period, a proposal was submitted within the Horizon program and we are also aiming for another proposal in the first half of 2024.

The results have already produced a direct outcome in the form of a proposal within Horizon. We have also been able to establish strong collaborations and partner relationships for the future. During the project, we also managed to publish results in a high impact journal. This also shows that we have a robust data model that we can build on, something that gives the opportunity for a proposal with strong preliminary data and results.

The project was carried out through regular meetings to discuss results and work on solutions to various challenges. We managed to get access to data and samples to create a data model and also generate interesting results. For the LipiBRIGHT project meant that SciCross became an attractive partner and participated as a project partner in proposal.
