Solar system plasma community in Europe does not have solid scientific body although this community drove many missions and significantly helped all planetrary/comet missions with strong plasma consortium.
Therefore, ESA have problem in contact for future science planing related to this community, in adition to the problems with proposers to make unified strong proposal in response to ESA´s mission call.
In the European Geosciences Union meeting (EGU23) that is held 23-28 April, 2023, Vienna, Yamauchi will discuss how to build up such a community (EHC) for ESA-contat purpose. Yamauchi will also discuss the spaceweather monitoring method.
Since EGU is a biggest geoscience conference in Europe, discussions on the mutiple topics can be done in one meeting.Yamauchi is a physically disabled person, who must be accompanied by a personal assistant on trips. Such extra cost is never covered by city or governmental body, and is included in this application.
