Grant Description

In response to ESA’s 2021 call for F- and M-call missions, Luleå Tekniska Universität proposed CALICO (Ceres Autonomous Lander Into Crater Occator).

CALICO was among the five M7 missions selected for a phase 0 study by ESA, with a further down-selection to a tbd subset of missions to enter Phase A studies in November/December 2023 (tbc).

The CALICO consortium leaders now seek financial support from SNSA to coordinate the input of the CALICO science team for the phase-0 study by ESA. We request funding for staff time, travel and workshop arrangements during 2023.
