Purpose and goal:

The purpose of LaPaSim is to use the modeling combined with physical tests on our LAPA-systems to investigate and understand which are the limiting factors for the LAPA process and be able to continue the development with the information and the end goal is Digital Twin of an Industrial Scale LaPa System, ready for manufacturing.

The project is organized into two teams, the Ziccum team and the ZHAW team. At weekly joint project meetings where the long-term project plan is followed up and, if necessary, updated, the short-term plan for the collaboration with modeling and LaminarPace experiments is also laid out. The results from the project work are taken up and discussed in the joint reference group, where decisions regarding the project work will also be made.

For decisions that affect resources, schedule and budget, this is escalated to LaPaSim´s steering committee.
