No Construction - A circular building system for apartment buildings in CLT

Why do we accept that the construction industry is slow to deliver housing that is unaffordable for the many, is built with non-reusable building components and emits huge amounts of of carbon dioxide? Wedesided not to accept it.

Instead we are now challenging the construction industry by developing the next generatiopn modularized housing solution for apartment buildings built with CLT - No Construction.Companies such as Tesla and Northvol have already demonstrated in their respective market areas that it is possible to develop circular technology and simultaneously run an ecoonomically well-functioning business.

Our project, No Construction, aims to become these companies counterpart in housing construction.It should be easy to build energy-efficient and circular housing projects. But to be honest, with todays regulations in construction and energy efficiency, it is far from easy.

No Construction is helping to change this by enabling housing developers in Sweden and around the world to build sustainably in CLT by licensing our circular housing technology - our patented blueprints and 3D-models.How do we then achieve circularity in housing construction?

We use design and simplified modularization as tools to create demountable and reusable apartment buildings that can be erected in more than one place during their lifetime, er call the method "Circularity by Design".

Through ourpatented modularizatio of large modules and our uncomplicated interfaces, we achieve a maximized and efficient level of prefabrication of reusable components and minimization of the amount of construction mass used in the manufacture of each component.

Another decisive aspect of our way of building is that a No Construction house never needs to be demolished and create polluting demolition waste.

Instead, the house is dismantled as easily as it once was assembled.WE name our building parts with their own names to emphasize the uniqueness in their design and to give each part of the building system a specific identity. We call the parts Cases, Boxes, Layers and Yards.

Some of these components are highly refined products that are manufactured in advanced factory environments, others are simpler elements that are finally assembled on-site.

This division into different building component categories based on degree of refinement ensures a good overall project economy and makes No Constructions circular technology available to housing developers and, by extension, to the many people.In conclusion, we have no time to waste if we want save the climate and the planet.
