The study shows a number of specific textile applications that could be suitable for paper-based textiles. Information gathering took place through surveys and interviews with selected people in industry, academia, institutes and authorities. Then they worked in round-table discussions with invited initiated persons and discussed results from survey responses. Finally, how the work can be carried on after the end of project was discussed in a closing seminar. The arrangement gave both great visibility in the outside world and great commitment in the group working closely with the project.
