Safer and user-friendly match-making forum for co-living

Purpose and goal:

The purpose of the project was to launch an innovative matching platform for shared living, enhance security, and simplify the process. The goal was to build a sustainable business model that could continue after the project, increase customer conversion, and further develop the IT infrastructure. We have had good dialogues with interest organizations and municipalities and continue the dialogue but have not yet finalized a concrete project.

The project has resulted in an improved platform with increased user registration and more housing ads. We have established contact with municipalities and interest organisations. The project began with a careful planning phase and involvement of all parties involved. After that, we focused on technical development, marketing and partnerships. We have optimized the platform´s user experience and performance and established important collaborations. We have challenges with the technology behind the platform worked on as well as the marketing to drive enough traffic on the platform.
