Purpose and goal: Our objective with this project is divided into three parts. The first is to continuously and actively work with sales and build more customer relationships.
The second is to develop partnerships where, among other things, we are in talks with SEF and EFD about starting a project against elite sports. As a start we want to be able to scale up and test on 6-8 associations in women´s and men´s football.
The third and more long-term goal is towards the public sector, where we have initiated a collaboration with RISE to create a social impact bonds, who will facilitate sales to municipalities Expected results and effects: - We will have 40 new customers in business. - We will have started the project with elite sports.
- We will have finished the social impact bonds so we can start sales to Regions and municipalities. - We will continue the dialogue with financiers with aim of scaling up our expansion nationally and internationally. Approach and implementation: 1. Ongoing and active work with sales and building more customer relationships.
2. Test and verify ten digital marketing campaigns 3. Validate the effect on more participants through collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce and Entrepreneurs. 4. Market adaptation as well as web and product development. 5. Develop partnerships with elite sport and, in the longer term, the public sector.
