Dogl - reaching for better engagement in math education

Purpose and goal:

At Dogl we develop tools for students and teachers that help students quickly engage with math. Initial sales in 2022-2023 showed our products have great potential. The purpose of our stage 2 project is to get these products to a wide market and expand our offerings. As part of achieving this aim we will work to improve the sales pipeline and build partnerships, as well as continue development to facilitate growth and offer additional courses.

Expected results and effects:

By the end of the project we expect to have a well developed sales pipeline as well as a strong set of product offerings. Additionally we should have a clear picture of the resources and time needed to reach full profitability. The improved sales pipeline will allow us to reach an even larger number of students and teachers, improving the learning resources that they have access to.

Approach and implementation:

The project parts will be carried out primarily in-house by members of the recently-expanded Dogl team, together with some consultation for the purposes of jump-starting our online strategy and SEO. The project has been divided into two parts with the first part focused on reducing onboarding times and identifying the most promising marketing channels, while the second part is focused on applying these learnings to reach a larger group of customers.
