Tilly - next step

Purpose and goal:

Tilly is a solution to help fertility patients to increased mental well-being. The project aimed to increase the effect of Tilly on users´ well-being and ensure easy implementation of the solution at fertility clinics.

Examples of how we´ve done this is by introducing a more structured measurement of the patient´s well-being as well as expanded possibilities for personalization, a personalization that the clinic can also be part of. Expected results and effects:

The project has given users a clearer user journey and increased user value. The feedback from patients is that it is easier to both work with, and understand their mental well-being.

The project has also clarified the value of Tilly vis-à-vis fertility clinics. Clinic staff feel that they have an easier time understanding customer value and appreciate, among other things, that they can be involved in giving their patients personalized support. Approach and implementation:

The project has been carried out in an agile manner. A number of deliverables had been identified as high priority at the start of the project. By implementing the first version of these and then involving end users and fertility clinics in providing feedback, updates in priorities as well as functionality and design, have been made throughout the project.
