The project focuses on human sustainability and was implemented as a design process, based on the outcome of the Impact startup step 1.

1. UX and measurable objectives for each step of the user journeys were implemented and fulfilled. AP 1 developed the user journey. UX and UI, developed for the identified user and business needs. The analysis was based on two categories (1) employees and (2) management. AP2 has validated the customer value of 60 employees through user tests. AP3 developed business model and IP issues. User dialogue determined customer value and pricing strategy. The cost of sales was validated. En IP strategy focusing on brand and models that make up Zmartrest´s uniqueness was established.

Approach and implementation: Layout:

1. Develop the user journey in a customer-oriented development process. UX was developed based on user and business needs. 2. Validate employee and management customer value.

3. Develop business model and IP. Both customer value, pricing strategy and cost of sales is validated. IP´s strategy based on Zmartrest´s uniqueness has been established.

The project has been carried out in close cooperation with our customers, according to schedule and budget. Clear correlation between work process and human sustainability in working life has been established.
