Grant Description

Purpose and goal:

The purpose of the project is to increase the efficiency and lifetime of propulsion components, power components and energy storage units in automotive, aviation and industry. Expected results and effects:

ARCHIMEDES is expected to help transform technologies and products in the automotive, aeronautical, infrastructure domains and the related ecosystem towards a resilient, carbon-free, digitized and green EU: It will help build trust in the new technology and thus accelerate the energy transition, safety and security.

Approach and implementation:

The project is divided into different work packages where ST-SE will drive the questions related to the SiC substrate and the development to decrease the defects of these.
