Planning and coordination of an EU application for the EIC Accelerator Open Call

Purpose and goal:

The project´s objective was to prepare a competitive application for the EIC Accelerator Open Call, which included application texts, a financial model, and mandatory appendices such as a pitch deck and annexes. Throughout the project, in collaboration with GAEU Consulting, we diligently prepared and submitted the application to the EIC Accelerator.

Expected results and effects:

We are content with the successful collaboration and the professional contributions of our consultant. Our team was actively involved in the preparation of the application, and together, we have crafted a robust and competitive submission. Approach and implementation:

The project team conducted regular meetings to discuss the project, analyze success factors, and design the application with consideration for the funding requirements within the EIC Accelerator. The project team established a collaborative work environment for sharing data and providing feedback on the application. The collaboration progressed smoothly, and the application was submitted well in advance of the deadline.
