Purpose and goal:

SIP Swedish Mining Innovation´s goal is to contribute to meet society´s needs for metals and minerals in a sustainable way, as well as contribute to the Swedish mining cluster´s vision "A world leading mining and mineral industry contributing to a sustainable society". This last stage of the program also includes closure and compiling results and activities. Everything according to plan for the last years of Swedish Mining Innovation.

Expected results and effects: The program aims to generate effects and results in four different domains Innovation capacity Innovation & technological development Social benefit and social acceptance Education & Access to qualified personnel Approach and implementation:

The program will use several tools and instruments to achieve the goals within the program´s operational areas. The program office runs the program forward according to plan in continuous dialogue with the program´s board committees and the funding bodies.
