Purpose and goal: The purpose of funding proposal is to meet the challenge of information security.

objective is to carry out a procurement of a modern Travel Management System 2.0 which can be developed over time and particularly focuses on functional requirements. Expected results and effects:

The project continues and the challenges in information security remain. We estimate that we will soon be able to draw up a feasible plan for how the procurement can meet the current requirements for information security.

The expectation is that through this we can carry out a procurement with functional requirements that correspond to the City of Gothenburg´s eligibility requirements for IT systems and information security. Approach and implementation:

The project has followed the plan stated in the project application. Despite this, uncertainties surrounding guidelines for information security within the business have led to delays in the schedule. To address this need for clarity and security, we plan to conduct an RFI (Request for Information) focusing on information security. The aim is to gather insights from potential suppliers to explore the possibilities of implementing different services involving sensitive personal data.
