MG Sustainable & MSCA Fellowship

Purpose and goal:

The goal of this project is to utilize the expertise of the MSCA Fellow within the activities of MG Sustainable Engineering AB which is engaged in bringing energy-efficient and non-polluting solutions to help in the realization of Agenda 2030 and the SDGs. The project aims to integrate the Fellow into our team through different social activities, events, and workshops and provide him with the necessary training and mentoring to enhance his skills and knowledge in the field of renewable energy. We aim to retain the fellow as a valuable member of our team beyond the project duration.

Expected results and effects:

With extensive knowledge in computer science and media technology, the MSCA Fellow will provide valuable contributions to the development of assistive technologies and create innovative solutions aligned with MG’s goal to improve educational technology and virtual reality experience. Furthermore, with training, improved skills, and knowledge the Fellow will be able to lead proposal development and successful project coordination. Social events and workshops will expand his network with other professionals.

Approach and implementation: Project duration: 14th August 2024 - 13th February 2025

14th Aug -30th Sept 2024: contributing to ongoing Erasmus+ projects VR4Learning as well as learning about proposal writing and application submission in the EU portal.

1st October 2024 13th February 2025: leading proposal development which includes consortium building, concept developing, budget forming, and submission. January 2025: taking part in an event - Innovation Week organized by MG. During 6 months Sharnil will participate in workshops and conferences as well as MG team-building social activities.
