GovTech4All

Purpose and goal:

GovTech4All is an incubator that unites 21 organizations in 14 European countries to establish a cohesive European GovTech ecosystem and a GovTech market. Within the incubator, the project focuses on implementing three pilot projects: -Secure information in cross-border data spaces. -Help EU-citizens to apply for and receive social benefits with the help of digital assistants.

-Innovative public procurement. Expected results and effects: Overall, Govtech4all will: 1.Provide a space and methodology for government agencies to share common challenges and common solutions. 2.Implement three multi-country pilots 3.Support the scaling up and wider deployment of the pilots 4.Foster the sustainability of the Govtech4all Govtech Incubator overall

5.Reinforce the internal knowledge sharing among partners and raise external awareness about the Govtech incubator within the partner countries and new partner countries. Approach and implementation:

The focus is on exploring and designing the final requirements for use cases and project pilots within the GovTech ecosystem, with an emphasis on creating reusable, interoperable and citizen-centric digital public services. The overall approach of the GovTech4All incubator, from preparatory work to scalability, diffusion and sustainability, is a forward-looking initiative with cross-border collaboration, innovation and long-term impact that is in line with the changing needs and trends of the GovTech sector.
