Purpose and goal:
The purpose of the project is to continue to develop innovative sensor technology, which is crucial for solving complex analytical tasks in health-related crises and other areas. It is important with new strategies to reduce or even eliminate false-positive and false-negative results. The goal of the project is a prototype for multiparametric readout and data analysis using neural network for the detection and quantification of pathogenic microorganisms.
Expected results and effects:
A prototype multiparametric sensor network/assay system for the detection and quantification of pathogenic microorganisms with the possibility of reducing errors to near 100% reliability. Approach and implementation:
The project consists of three work packages; sensor manufacturing, modification and integration, as well as measurement and data analysis. The project is carried out by VIDEM together with university partners, consultants and manufacturers.
