NanoEcho - development of basis for price strategy

Together with IHE, NanoEcho has developed a health economic model for the introduction of NanoEcho´s method in healthcare. The goal of the project was to create an increased understanding and basis for strategic decisions regarding the system´s positioning and pricing, initially in the Swedish market. The work in the project has included valuation of the health economic benefit and provided a valuable basis for the company´s price strategy and "business case".

The implementation was done in the form of workshops where the company´s management and the health economics specialists participated together. The discussions were based on questions asked by the company.
