Occupational and environmental spring meeting 2024

The occupational and environmental spring meeting is arranged at the Conventum conference centre in Örebro, 30-31 May 2024.

The meeting is the most important and largest in this field of knowledge and returns annually at different university hospitals. It brings together researchers, occupational health care and regional clinics in the work environment area.

We expect around 300 participants from all over Sweden.The conference focuses on both health and working life, which are two of Forte´s research areas.The conference is an important arena for exchange between Swedish researchers and for disseminating research results to the clinics and private occuapational health care units.

It maintains both a good scientific level and contributes strongly to "tredje uppgiften".

The conference reaches out to and enables the participation of Forte´s important target groups.The conference considers equality and diversity, for example, in the distribution of speakers and in the variation in seniority, from PhD-students to retired professors. We strive to have an even distribution between men and women among the speakers.

However, during the last meeting two thirds of the speakers were women.
