RockSigma Product/Market Fit for North America

Purpose and goal:

All the project´s activities have been carried out according to plan. In addition, we have also conducted a number of meetings with relevant partners that we ourselves sought out and booked.

The events (Swe/Can Innovation Days and SMEMINE Days) gave us an excellent opportunity to build our own program of meetings and activities for our early business development in these markets. Expected results and effects:

Participation in these activities has contributed significantly to our understanding of the North American markets, which will allow us to more effectively tune our value proposition for customers and partners in the region. Another major takeaway is the network of Swedish startups and tech companies that we traveled and spent a lot of time with. Discussion business issues with like minded people with similar challenges was very rewarding

Approach and implementation:

We planned the trips such that we would be able to combine meetings we booked ourselves with customers and partners with the official programme that the organizers were responsible for. We succeeded well with meetings in connection with Swe/Can innovation days and had a less success regarding SMEMINE in the USA.

After the trip, we did follow-ups with both customers and partners.
