Achievement of Goals: We have successfully established collaborations, identified research potential, and the possibility of establishing an associate company in Singapore. Through this, we have promoted sustainable protein solutions in line with the project´s overarching goals. Expected results and effects:

By harnessing research on hydrolyzed cricket powder´s potential to combat Alzheimer´s, weight gain, and aging, this project envisions health benefits, nutritional innovation, commercial opportunities, sustainability, and economic growth, fostering a holistic approach to well-being. Approach and implementation:

The project will be led by Assistant Professor Hui Ye from Nanyang Technological University (Singapore), with the assistance of Assistant Professor Varongsiri Kemsawasd (Bangkok), Per Bengtsson MD, PhD (Stockholm), and Global Bugs Asia (Bangkok), which provides cricket flour for the project. The next phase of this project involves studies on mice, and in the third phase, studies will be conducted on humans.
