Purpose and goal:
The project aims to develop a pilot facility for the functional sale of long-term sustainable production surfaces in greenhouses. We are designing a circular business model with advanced technology to optimize energy use in a climate-smart manner. The goal is innovative functional solutions that are flexible and can be optimized to integrate into various future energy systems.
They are specifically designed to utilize low-value waste energy streams and can play a key role in system solutions that promote sustainable societal development. Expected results and effects:
The project aims to establish a pilot facility that will reduce energy costs for greenhouse growers by at least 20% and decrease their carbon footprint by approximately 40%. We aim to implement our solution in 10 greenhouses by 2024 and 2025, generating an estimated 30% revenue from consultation, calculations, and design. Additionally, a 5% increase in productivity for our clients is expected.
Results will be monitored through quarterly reports, allowing us to adjust our strategy as needed. This solution will be a stepping stone towards a sustainable circular agricultural industry. Approach and implementation:
The project kicks off with a comprehensive environmental analysis to identify effective building structures that can integrate with our technology. This phase includes interviews with experts and visits to existing facilities. We then move on to the design and calculation stage, aiming to construct our pilot facility that will serve as a market reference.
We will also explore collaboration models with partner companies, research organizations, and technology providers to create conditions for modular scalability.
