Validation of business model for QuietFrames - the new cognitive focus tool in school

Purpose and goal:

The project intends to test different hypotheses about the market in order to develop and validate the business model for QuietFrames.

QuietFrames are glasses for better focus and productivity. The patented technology is thoroughly tested in consultation with vision scientists and cognition experts. 80% of impressions that the brain processes come via vision. 35% of the population is sensitive to impressions, e.g. people with adhd, autism, migraine, burnt out etc.

Tests show a very positive impact on students´ concentration and can radically improve students´ school results. Expected results and effects: Develop the business model and validate hypotheses for QuietFrames: -In school, to further investigate effect on adhd/dyslexi -Facilitate return to work after burnout

This will contribute to a proven business model which will in turn attract investors to invest in the company´s continued development and growth. A further objective is to be able to better target and staff the company for future sales efforts. Approach and implementation: We want to:

-Explore and verify different hypotheses we have for offers in the school with a Try&Buy process. Map the most effective business process that reaches the most customers.

-Verify QuietFrames as a cost-saving measure for schools and concrete benefit for people with ADHD, dyslexia through tests and interviews.

-Create awareness and learn about the market through network activities for special teachers to be able to direct correct messages to the customers. -Prove the hypothesis of efficient customer acquisition cost via selected occupational health care providers
