Sparly Loops - small steps for better financial fitness

Purpose and goal:

The goal of the project was to address the increased indebtedness among young people and specifically increased indebtedness of consumer debt among young women with a solution for financial fitness.

During the project we have built a beta version of our app where we were able to verify the technical solution and integration with the open banking platform Tink. We have verified the will and impact of using micro-habits and gamification as a path to better personal finances. We have also secured a number of partners, for funding, business and content.

Expected results and effects: 1. Launch MVP: MVP was launched as BETA in the app store on March 25, 2024. With continuous follow-up and evaluation with users. 2. Verify our hypothesis by following the first users: Evaluation has taken place with beta users individually and in groups (workshop) 3. The project has largely followed the plan. Our challenge has been to find the right developer for our needs, and that part of the project took more time and energy than planned. But, once the right resource was in place we were on track.

We have felt a certain caution that can be linked to the world situation, but overall are very satisfied with the implementation.
