Purpose and goal:
We have developed a breakfast cereal that makes it easy for the common man to reduce his carbon footprint. We give our customers a climate-smart alternative for a protein-rich breakfast that tastes good and contains all the essential proteins. In addition, our plant protein cereal consists of residual products from other food production. We simply offer a green alternative to all sugary cereal products!
The project gives us the chance to validate our product against the market, see if our hypothesis about our intended customers´ needs is right and create important contacts with partners Expected results and effects:
This project goal will be measured and followed up through possible collaboration agreements and developed partnerships for future launch. We intend to distribute/distribute more than booklets of our manufactured batch of cereal after six months. We will also collect feedback from at least 300 people who have tasted our product, through online forms and in-person interviews.
Approach and implementation:
We want to manufacture a larger quantity of our prototype to test the product against our stakeholders, a zero run. The goal is to produce a market-ready product that is verified by real customers, both B2B and B2C.
We want to build relationships with partners in the hotel industry and our hope is to find a hotel chain that is interested in our climate-smart product to start a longer collaboration with. We also want to be seen in the right context to have the opportunity to create contacts with future ambassadors. For example at training and health fairs.
