MeWe&You-digital intervention for menopause symptoms and work ability among women in the workplace

Purpose and goal:

MeWe&You aim to study and validate the effect of digital intervention on symptoms, work ability and well-being among menopause-age women in the workplace, in order to better identify what can help both women and their employers. There are very few studies on this today. We want to give women a better opportunity for a sustainable working life in peri/menopause and beyond, and offer employers the best tools to help them.

Expected results and effects:

MeWe&You will use the conclusions to further develop our menopause app and its wide range of support for women in the workplace and their employers - our B2B offer. Approach and implementation:
