The project´s objective was to improve user-friendliness, integrate new functions, create an administrative platform and develop a donation service in collaboration with Matmissionen. The effect of our project has resulted in an increased user base and increased engagement on the website. In March 2024, the first month after the completion of project, we will conduct the first donations through the website, and the value of the transactions is expected to exceed previous levels. The project team carried out a requirement collection and analysis together with stores and suppliers in the Swedish grocery trade and the Food Mission. The requirements analysis prioritized the requirements according to need and demand, development then took place in accordance with the agile scrum method. When the critical line for the project was presented, sprints were started in periods of 2-4 weeks.

The sprints included the following; change of tech stack, design, new features, administration page and donations.
