Purpose and goal:

PokaWindow is a project that aims to revolutionize mental healthcare accessibility through an innovative AI-powered digital health solution that seeks to empower individuals on their journey towards mental well-being. The tool utilizes pioneering emotion detection technology to analyze tone, facial expressions, and spoken sentiment, providing insightful feedback to users.

The project´s primary goals include enhancing user experience through usability testing and broadening its reach through strategic marketing. Expected results and effects:

The goal of this project is to 1) conduct beta testing of the product with users to validate its capabilities and benefits; 2) do clinical validation including focus groups for user insights and research to establish credibility; and 3) build brand awareness and strengthen online presence to lay the groundwork for a successful market penetration. Thus by the end of this project we expect to have achieved a wide user uptake, launched our platform and implemented our business model.

Approach and implementation:

Our project plan revolves around two main pillars: product validation and market reach. Initially, we aim to validate PokaWindow through clinical trials and user testing, thereby enhancing the customer experience and growing our client base. Simultaneously, we will focus on branding and reach, aiming to increase our conversion rates. By aligning these efforts, we will ensure the delivery of a clinically-validated digital mental health solution that reaches its intended audience.
