Cohabit - develop platform for customer interaction & scaling of a circular business model for pre-loved furniture.

Purpose and goal:

Developed, tested, and launched a digital platform enhancing customer engagement and optimizing Cohabit’s circular business model for pre-loved furniture. The results from this first stage of the platform will help in the further refinement of the business model to seamlessly operate and enable a circular flow of resources. It will eliminate a lot of manual work and make communication with the clients much more efficient.

Expected results and effects:

First, a shop system that allows the customer to choose the items available, and interact with the backend system to make the process more flexible and convenient. Second, a payment gateway integrated with the digital platform that allows payment, tracking, and invoicing in the most hassle-free manner. Third, a logistical backend management system that allows multiple stakeholders to work easily with each other by creating more visibility and structure to the operations.

Approach and implementation:

The planned structure and implementation encompass vital components. We will develop a shop system for circular rentals, integrate Revolut Business for international payments, and establish a logistical management system based on stakeholder needs and workflows. Additionally, we´ll incorporate a feedback-driven iterative process to effectively launch services within the region, ensuring a comprehensive and successful project implementation.
