Validation of novel and sustainable RNase inhibitors for biomedical research and clinical diagnostics

Purpose and goal:

Refinement of product and production processes. The first aim of this project is to refine our product (synthetic RNase inhibitor) through collaboration with our beta testers, working closely with and advising them and incorporating their feedback for the final ready-to-sell version of the product. Our second aim is pilot sales, which will require the time and capital for labor, supplies, lab space, and storage.

The final aim is to refine our production process so our company is fully up to ISO standards and finally CE and IVD standards. Expected results and effects:

The expected results from completing this project is transitioning our company from an early stage start-up to the growth stage where we would start to generate revenue. Growing in sales and making profit is critical to investors and/or other companies that SEQURNA is and will be a partner with. Approach and implementation:

For our beta testers, we will work closely to monitor their progress and implement feedback. We have an excellent list of beta-testers including top experts, sequencing facilities, and innovators in methodologies of RNA detection. From our pilot sales, we will have a clear direction on how to scale up our manufacturing process and have established a clear process for quality control.

Thus, success is measured directly via user feedback, followed by success of pilot sales. With production growth, we will ensure this manufacturing process and business practices are EU and US compliant.
