Carbon Trapper - a convenient sustainable sanitation solution based on biochar waste processing

Purpose and goal:

The aim was to develop a mechanism for a "flushing mechanism" for our dry toilet. We succeeded in this to the extent that we now have two variants of the most effective prototype. As for the IP strategy, we have started a collaboration with a patent agency. Expected results and effects: We achieved a more efficient spreading/flushing with the newly implemented mechanism.

Approach and implementation:

In the beginning, we were open to suggestions and also received advice and ideas from friends and consultants. Then we tried to be as objective as possible in the analysis of these, which meant building prototypes. In the end, a decision was concretized, among other things thanks to simple technical calculations.
