Despite the legal requirement for sustainability reporting, companies are slow to start working with the legislation, which leads to longer decision cycles and unclear and constantly changing expectations.

We see a great need for support solutions that help customers in their workflows, but a lower need to support customers in reporting to others upcoming sustainability legislation. The focus is on solving the problem they have right now. The rapid development in available LLMs also favors an iterative process.

Overall, our solutions were considered to facilitate work, however, some parts were more valuable than others based on customer maturity and workflows. However, our larger customers have on several occasions highlighted the importance of data privacy and the need to comply with GDPR, which has led to certain technical choices requiring higher control, costing more, taking longer to get to market and requiring more work to maintain.
