Purpose and goal:

Find new solutions to reduce food waste of fresh fruit and vegetables that can be used to make sustainable ice cream and increase distribution of Folkets Pops to make a bigger impact on environmental goals Expected results and effects:

By scaling up the production of Folkets Pops popsicles, we can save more fruit and vegetables from being wasted; and with greater distribution we can reach more customers and donate more money to save the bees. Approach and implementation:

We plan to buy larger machines for the ice cream production, buy an environmentally friendly vehicle, and find new partners and retailers to scale up production and distribution
