Atley growth strategy for USA

Purpose and goal:

The aim and goal of the project was "development of detailed strategy for further internationalisation of Atley Solutions, with a focus on the USA". Within the project, expert consultants from the company Triathlon have carried out a market analysis of the USA consisting of a mapping of Atley´s existing and potential customers and partner companies in the USA, as well as the geographical location of relevant infrastructure in the country. A detailed strategy and budget was then drawn up for the establishment of Atley in the USA.

Expected results and effects:

The main deliverable in this project was a detailed written report, including budget, which was also presented during a physical meeting. Based on this result, Atley´s management now expects to be able to decide on the launch of the growth strategy in 2024. This will result in improved growth opportunities for the company, and improves the likelihood that Atley´s technology will become a global standard within this segment.

Finally, this can lead to improved treatment options for several different patient groups with different cancer diagnoses. Approach and implementation:

A project team consisting of Atley Solutions´ CEO and three consultants from the company Triathlon was set up at the start of the project. This team met physically once a week throughout the project. Initially, the external consultants gathered information from Atley´s CEO which they used to guide their work throughout the project.

The progress and results of the work were continuously communicated with Atley´s CEO. At the end of the project, the experts presented a written report and budget. This material was also presented to Atley´s board of directors for approval.
