Production of documentation and knowledge transfer regarding quality management system (QMS)

Purpose and goal:

The goal - to develop a QMS, which is a crucial component for us to be able to obtain regulatory approval has been achieved, and also the purpose of the project - that the knowledge and experience that the external expert brought should be transferred to our employees is fulfilled. Expected results and effects:

At the end of the project period, we expected that all documentation had been produced and organizationally adjusted, that responsibilities had been distributed, including that procedures regarding how to work with QMS had been transferred to employees and those concerned. We can now state that the expected results have been achieved.

Approach and implementation:

The project was carried out in close cooperation between the CEO and an external consultant who jointly delivered/implemented the following work package: AP-1 title: Production of documentation AP-2 title: Uploading documentation in digital QMS AP-3 title: Distribution of responsibilities of different parts of the quality management system
