Development of PoC rapid diagnostic for infectious respiratory disease

Purpose and goal:

Our objective in the project was to set up a regulatory plan and to start work on introducing a quality management system.

We have met the goals and taught the staff how to work in this quality management system. Having a proper regulatory plan and showing that competence exists in the company has made it easier for us to find investments for our development work.

Expected results and effects:

We will now implement an eQMS and certify the company according to correct ISO standards.

Approach and implementation:

We have worked according to plan and we have been able to carry out the activities as we wanted. We have expanded the collaboration with additional consultants in the field as we needed to broaden the competence in order to get exactly the right results. The collaboration between the various the actors and the company has worked very well.
