The project aims to, with support of technology, free social workers from administrative time and increase the time in meeting with the resident. The goal is to develop a technical solution that, with support of generative AI, listens to the conversation between a social worker and a resident. From the conversation, the AI must sort what is said based on research-based risk and protection factors.

The technical solution is developed in such a way that the solution can be used in other areas of operation such as elderly care, LSS and financial assistance. Expected results and effects:

The project is expected to streamline the social secretary´s daily work by reducing the administrative burden. This reduces administrative time and increases the actual time that social workers have in meeting with residents.

With the project´s technical solution, the technology is expected to provide more systematic conditions, which leads to an increase in the quality of the result. The solution also contributes to increasing the resident´s visibility and transparency in documentation and decision-making documents. Approach and implementation:
